Hey folks, welcome to another full length Fire for Effect episode. First of all, sorry for the length of time it has taken for us to get something online. We had some real life things get in the way and then some technical issues. Anyways, Andy and Dave are here now to discuss Dave's recent tournament attendances at Britcon and Avanti, as well as a light discussion of the Fair Fight missions.

We also have a competition, which you enter via our Facebook page. We are "Fire For Effect Podcast" on facebook.

Hi folks

Another interview with Carl Brown at the UK Games Expo. Open Combat is a great pre-gunpowder Skirmish game that Andy and Dave are getting into, want to fight the Nights Watch of Game of Thrones vs the City Watch of Discworld? with Open Combat YOU CAN, the only limit is your imagination.

This one might be a bit noisy as there was a seminar going on not far from the stand. Hopefully its not too bad.

Thanks for listening.

Our fifth full length episode, warning: This is a LONG one.

In this episode join Andy, Hammy and Dave as we review the UK Games Expo.

In part two we have an in depth discussion about reconnaissance units and how they work in your games.

For the final part we let Hammy off the leash for a light rant about Warriors, we try not to wind him up too much.

Hi Folks, welcome to another Fire For Effect Minicast. Another one we recorded at the UK Games Expo in Birmingham.

Mortem Et Glorium is a new Ancients Board / Wargame which has been making waves and is due to launch very very soon.

Hi folks, so begins a couple of months worth of minicasts we did at the UK Games Expo in Birmingham, starting off with one I'm sure many of our listeners will be excited to hear, it is WILL from Plastic Soldier! He talks about his upcoming kickstarter Battle of Britain, where The Great War board game is going next as well as some other nice surprises. This interview was recorded at his stand at the expo so excuse the background noise but hopefully it is not too bad.

I'm sure EVERYONE is already aware, but if not, you can check out Plastic Soldier Company at www.theplasticsoldiercompany.co.uk

As always, thanks for your continued support and listening.

In this episode we are covering a little bit about the upcoming UK Games Expo as well as a briefing that Dave worked on a while back for Germans in Finland thats finally made its way onto Flames of War Digital.

In the last part of the show we start another section entitled "Frasers Mailbag" and answer some questions from the FOW community.

Hello and welcome to episode 2 of Fire For Effect.
